Job Description
Study the project's documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
Cost analysis of tenders and required projects.
Pricing and analysis of the company's products and projects ((wooden (melamine - natural) - metal - chairs - interior seats - floors ....)), typical and special .
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as rates, materials and labor expenses.
Responsibilities:
Preparing the full cost after counting the sizes of the product to be priced and the current price for each raw material included in the product with its accessories .
Permanent update of the prices of materials and accessories that are actually in the product .
Responsible for completing the required bids in sufficient time to submit.
Coordination with the rest of the departments (sales, technical office, factories, planning ...) to review the cost with the selling price.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts - Architecture - Fine Arts Architecture - Decoration or in a related engineering field.
2 - 7 years 'of experience .
Solid experience AutoCAD – Microsoft - Imus
solid analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
